Thursday Pacific Life Holiday Bowl
Arizona State vs. Texas
ASU +2Ѕ Over 62
Texas -2Ѕ Under 62
Both Arizona State and Texas wanted to be playing a week later but had to settle for the Holiday Bowl instead.
The BCS’ 11th ranked ASU Sun Devils enjoyed their best season ever racking up the most wins (10) since 1996 and won a share of the Pac-10 title with USC but lost out on a trip to the Rose Bowl because of head-to-head meetings (ASU lost 44-24 to USC in late November as a 3Ѕ-point ‘dog).
Texas, ranked No. 19 in the BCS, was hoping to challenge for the national title this year but untimely losses to Kansas St., Oklahoma and Texas A&M cost them in the long run.
While both teams are 6-6 ATS, Texas has gone Over eight times this season while Arizona State has gone under nine times.
SPORTSBETTING.COM has the line set at 2Ѕ-points and the Total at 62.

NFL Saturday Nighter
New England at NY Giants
Pats -14Ѕ Over 44Ѕ
Giants +14Ѕ Under 44Ѕ
It looks more and more like the New England Patriots will run the table in 2007.
Most recently the Pats beat the Miami Dolphins 28-7 missing out on a cover by a point, but despite the ATS loss New England remains a very profitable 10-5 against the number.
The Giants would’ve provided a formidable opponent for the Pats, that is, if they were still trying to get into the postseason, but they clinched a playoff berth with a 38-21 win over the Buffalo Bills, with the Giants listed as a 1-point favorite.
With a trip to the playoffs guaranteed, there is a good chance head coach Tom Coughlin might rest some of his starters on both offense and defense making it easier for the Pats to finish 16-0.
The question then becomes, will New England coach Bill Belichick rest his starters? Probably not.
SPORTSBETTING.COM has the Pats listed as massive faves on the road at -14Ѕ.

NFL Sunday Nighter
Tennessee at Indianapolis
Titans -6Ѕ Over 39Ѕ
Colts +6Ѕ Under 39Ѕ
Thank goodness for the NFL’s Sunday night flex schedule. Instead of watching the originally scheduled Chiefs-Jets game, viewers will get to see the much more intriguing matchup involving the Tennessee Titans traveling to Indianapolis to battle the Colts and it is a good way for the NFL to close off the season as there is no Monday nighter.
The Colts have already clinched the AFC South but the Titans are fighting for a spot in the postseason and the formula is simple, win=playoff berth.
Indianapolis won the two teams’ earlier meeting 22-20, but Tennessee covered as a 7-point underdog.
The Titans own a 7-8 record ATS but are 4-3 SU on the road.
The Titans are favored, based on the “must-win” factor and the probability of the Colt starters not seeing much playing time. SPORTSBETTING.COM has the Titans at -6.5 (-105).
Enjoy all the games this week.
