NFL Odds: Steelers, Ravens Battle for AFC North Supremacy

There will be no love lost this Sunday when the Pittsburgh Steelers (6-0 SU, 5-1 ATS) drop in on their AFC North rivals, the Baltimore Ravens (5-1 SU, 3-3 ATS). The Steelers may own the better record, but they’re 3.5-point road dogs on Bovada’s NFL odds board after opening at +7; CBS has the kick-off at 1 PM ET, with overcast skies expected over M&T Bank Stadium and temperatures in the mid-50s.

The series between these bitter rivals couldn’t be much closer. Since John Harbaugh took over as Baltimore’s head coach in 2008, his Ravens are 14-13 SU and 12-11-4 ATS against Mike Tomlin’s Steelers, including 4-2 SU and ATS over the past six home games. However, QB Ben Roethlisberger was injured and didn’t play for Pittsburgh in last year’s 28-10 loss as 1-point road favorites.

The Steelers ran their 2020 record to 6-0 last Sunday with a close shave against the Tennessee Titans, holding on for a 27-24 victory to cash in as 1-point road dogs at the close. Baltimore had the bye in Week 7, and have won three straight (albeit at 1-2 ATS) since suffering their lone loss of the season to the Kansas City Chiefs.
