The Raiders are 1-point favorites at press time, with the total dropping from 33.5 points to 32.5. Favorites are 13-3 SU and 10-4-2 ATS at the Hall of Fame Game dating back to 2002; Las Vegas head coach Josh McDaniels is 2-6 SU and 3-5 ATS lifetime during the preseason, while Jacksonville’s Doug Pederson is 8-8 SU and ATS.

Both coaches have told the press that they have yet to map out how playing time will be distributed for Thursday’s game. Nick Mullens, Jarrett Stidham and Chase Garbers are the back-up quarterbacks for Vegas behind Derek Carr, giving them the depth advantage over Jacksonville – although sophomore QB Trevor Lawrence could see a few extra plays before CJ Beathard (groin, questionable), Jake Luton and late camp signee Kyle Sloter take their turns.
